Yubin Tomonokai, the former name of Pen Friend Clubs of Japan, was established based on the travel club by mail which was organized by the Nagoya Post and Telegraphic Office in 1949. Even in the chaos of postwar Japan, junior high school students who participated in the club traced the delivery route of one postcard from the original mailing point to its destination using railways and automobiles. And they realized that the Japanese mail service had already recovered from the war, and held great hope that “we can communicate with friends in various countries, as well as in Japan, through letters.”
I am looking for a teacher wanting to set up an e-mail or a snail mail exchange between students. My students are French-speaking natives and would love to have a pen pal so as to improve their level of English. They’ll be happy to write in French as well in case your students are learners of French.
I am so glad I have the opportunity to write to you and thank you, I desperately wanted a couple of lady pen friends to write to and after joining Pen Pal World in just a few days I had acquired three. We had all exchanged e-mails. Thank you so much for helping me, this is a wonderful site.
The environment surrounding us has changed greatly. Our online databases contain details of all people available for correspondence within our pen pal club, including their age, gender, country, interests and hobbies. Visitors to our International pen pal club can add their details to our online Global Pen friend database for free. All new profiles are reviewed by pen pal administrators to ensure our pen-pal site is up-to-date and family friendly!
Etudiants du Monde is a French non-profit association, whose aim and ambition is to open the doors of the world’s cultures to young people. If you are a schoolboy, a schoolgirl or a student, then our association can propose you pen friends who are the same age as you, in the countries of your choice. Then, you will be able to discover new cultures, exchange ideas, stamps, postcards, improve your knowledge of a foreign language, and why not decide later to travel there ? But above all, you will enjoy having friends in various parts of the world.
Okay, I have an idea but this goes out to writers, artist, and idealist. I want to start and underground comic company type and make our own style of comic art for people to enjoy and talk about. I want people to like our work and make them keep on coming back for more of it. Make our work become revolutionary something that people have never seen before in comic. Any level of writing skills or drawing skill are welcome because we well be helping each other out to become better. If you want to be part of it, send a message answering this ad. Vegetarian Pen Friend

Many people have found it very rewarding to correspond with fellow vegetarians and vegans in different parts of the world. You can exchange recipes, discuss issues, get some moral support or just learn about different lifestyles and cultures. To help you do this, the Vegetarian Society runs two pen friend lists for vegetarians: one for those who want to correspond by paper, and one for those who prefer e-mail.

There’s no charge for an entry on either list but you do need to be eighteen or over and a vegetarian, a vegan, or in the process of changing your diet to a vegetarian or vegan one.

To sign up to either list, fill in the relevant form, giving your name, address, age, stating how long you’ve been vegetarian for, and your interests and hobbies and whether you want to be included on the snail mail or email lists or both. You can also write in with these details if you prefer not to fill out the online form.

Please remember that these are pen friend lists, not a dating service. We reserve the right to refuse any entries meant to be inappropriate.
