And what is

And what is "health"?

  • It is the lack of illnesses. It means that you enjoy your life, work well and are happy.
  • So, health is the man`s greatest wealth.
  • Of course you can inherit some health problems from your

parents, but you can

always keep your health

if you want.

What does health depend on?

What does health depend on?

  • For a long time it is known that health of the person on
  • 10-20 % depends on a heredity,
  • 10-20 % from a state of environment,
  • 8-12 % from level of public health services,
  • 50-70 % from a way of life.
HEALTHY WAY OF LIFE  The healthy way of life is a balanced diet, playing sports, observing daily routine, refusal of bad habits and many other things.

  • Many people nowadays think more about their health.
  • They eat a lot of low-fat food and more fibre.
  • Some people have started counting calories they eat every day.

  • Obesity and physical inactivity are known from ancient times.
  • More and more teenagers spend their free time watching TV, playing computer games and eating fast food.

  • Many eat only pizza, chips, crisps and cola for lunch.
  • They don’t get enough iron.

  • It causes blood and heart diseases.
  • It should be banned in public places.
